1. Dust

Dust is a kind of fine particles suspended in the air. It has great buoyancy and is simply attached to the surface of the article. The number one public enemy in the thermal transfer mold is dust. Once the dust is stuck on the surface of the mold, it will be printed. The pattern will be incomplete, and will simply show signs of broken spots and dirt.

  2, oil stains

  Greasy stain is a phenomenon caused by the accumulation of grease. The reasons for the oil stains in the heat transfer mold can be divided into three points:

  (1) The in-mold paste was accidentally stained with the rolling mechanical grease of the machine during the slitting process;

   (2) Oil stains are accidentally contaminated on the surface of the mold paste near the storage location;

  (3) The surface of the substrate is not clean and there are oil stains remaining. If the workshop personnel do not notice this, there will be a stain on the surface of the injection molded product.

Whether in production or in the practice of processing, the operators must be cautious, carefully check the checkpoints of each link (cutting, storage, processing), and then pick the oily flowers and products. Come out, wipe clean with a piece of cloth. If there is no way to clean it, it is recommended to treat it as waste.

  3, increase static electricity

   Although in-mold labeling always needs to consider many factors when printing, one of the important considerations is how the in-mold label is properly placed in the injection mold. To solve this problem, static electricity is a good choice. The use of static electricity in the in-mold labeling process has advantages in cost and reliability because the vacuum in the mold is no longer required.
